Cancellation and termination
How a service ends — by you, for non-payment, or for abuse.
You can cancel in the client area at any time. The guest keeps running until the paid period ends unless you ask us to shut it down sooner.
Non-payment
Unpaid invoices suspend the VPS. After the grace period in the client area, the service can be terminated and the disk destroyed.
Abuse
We can suspend or terminate immediately for the activities listed in Use of service. Refunds are not owed in that case.
Your data
Copy it off before the end date. Termination is not a backup product.
