What does Noble VPS sell?
Windows and Linux virtual private servers in the USA and EU. Standard lines are Herald through Sovereign. If you need a custom mix of CPU, RAM, and disk, use Build your own in the client area at dash.noblevps.com.
Where are the servers located?
Standard plans are available in the United States and the European Union. Pick the region closest to the people who will sit on the machine. EU plans keep the same CPU, RAM, and NVMe as USA and add a 25% location premium.
What is the difference between USA and EU plans?
The resource sheet is the same. The difference is where the hypervisor lives, which drives latency and the EU price. Order the region your operators actually use; you can add the other region later if a project moves.
What is Build your own VPS?
A custom plan that lets you set CPU, RAM, and disk instead of picking Herald–Sovereign. Checkout, invoices, and delivery still happen in the client area.
Which operating systems can I choose?
Windows Server and common Linux distributions are selected at checkout. Resource levels do not change with the OS — Windows and Linux share the same plan table.
What is included with every plan?
Administrator or root access, NVMe storage, a dedicated IPv4, 1 Gbps networking, DDoS protection at the edge, and 24/7 tickets. Bandwidth is unmetered under a fair-use policy.
What billing cycles do you offer?
Monthly, quarterly (5% off the monthly rate), annual (15% off), and biannual (26% off). The storefront shows the adjusted price; you pay the invoice in the client area.
How do the cycle discounts work?
They apply to the published monthly EUR price. Quarterly multiplies by 0.95, annual by 0.85, and biannual by 0.74. You are billed for the whole period up front.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout on dash.noblevps.com accepts the payment methods we have enabled (typically cards, and others if we turn them on). This marketing site never collects card numbers.
Is there a trial?
There is no unpaid trial. New orders include a 7-day money-back window. Cancel from the client area or open a ticket if you need a charge reversed.
Can I get a refund?
Within the first 7 days of a new service, yes. After that, refunds are case-by-case for our own infrastructure failures. The terms shown at checkout are the commercial record.
How do I sign up?
Pick a plan on noblevps.com, choose a billing cycle, and use Buy Now. That sends you to dash.noblevps.com to pay. Credentials arrive on the service in the client area once the VPS is provisioned.
How fast is a new server ready?
After payment clears, standard Windows and Linux plans provision automatically. Most customers can log in within about a minute. Custom images or a busy queue can take longer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Use the upgrade options in the client area or open a ticket. Upgrades are usually prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades typically wait until the next renewal so we do not destroy disks mid-term.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the client area. Service runs until the paid period ends. Back up anything you need first — disks are wiped when the service is terminated.
What kind of access do I get?
Full Administrator on Windows and root on Linux. You may install legitimate software. Abuse, spam, scanning, and illegal content are not allowed.
What should I do if something breaks?
Open a ticket from Contact in the client area. Do not email passwords in the clear if you can avoid it. Include the service ID and what you already tried.
How is my data protected?
The facility and network are hardened, and the host is patched on our side. You still own guest backups. Do not treat a single VPS as the only copy of data you cannot lose.
Do you provide backups?
We keep infrastructure snapshots for disaster recovery. They are not a file-restore product. Schedule your own backups (and test a restore) for anything important.
What happens if I violate the terms?
We can suspend or terminate the service. Serious abuse may be immediate and without refund. Tickets go through the client area if you think a suspension is a mistake.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Edge filtering is on every plan. It is meant to keep the network usable, not to absorb an unlimited attack. Open a ticket if you are under a sustained event.
